I'm a Texas girl by nature, but Michigan has a special place in my heart. I have been living in Kalamazoo for 3 years with my husband Dan and our dog Liam. We are expecting a baby girl in December. I love being a part of YL which is why I've been a volunteer leader for over 7 years and have served at numerous Young Life camps! I'm excited to continue to be a part of Young Life at WMU this year! I love that Young Life is crazy and fun, but everything serves a purpose and is a part of leading kids to Christ. When I was about 8 years old, I ran into the wing of an airplane. No it wasn't moving, but I was! I had to get 3 stitches in my forehead.
